ESOR Dance Ensemble Inc is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit cultural arts organization serving children and adults in Orlando and Central Florida. Through affordable dance education and performance, we celebrate diverse cultures and help dancers develop confidence, creativity and a sense of belonging.
Our training brings together Afro-Caribbean and Latin dance traditions with ballet, jazz and contemporary movement. Dancers build technique, musicality and teamwork while exploring the cultural influences behind the movement.

From their first steps in class to their moments on stage, our dancers learn to express themselves, work together and connect with diverse cultures through movement.
Our children’s, teen and adult groups explore Afro-Caribbean and Latin dance alongside ballet, jazz, contemporary and popular trendy styles. Classes bring technique, creativity and cultural learning together, with performance opportunities that give dancers something to work toward and share with their community.
We welcome dancers from age 4 through adulthood. Placement considers both age and dance experience, helping each dancer join a group that supports their development.
Reachers — Our Youngest & Beginning Dancers
Starting at age 4, Reachers build a foundation in dance through movement, rhythm and creative expression.
Optimistics — Ages 11 & Older
Dancers continue developing their technique, coordination and confidence while exploring different dance styles.
Soarers — Teen Dancers
Our teen group develops dance technique, expression and performance skills in a supportive environment.
Adults — Ages 18 & Older
Keep moving, learning and expressing yourself through dance. Adults of all ages are welcome—there is no upper age limit.
Age ranges are a guide. Group placement also reflects each dancer’s experience and skill level.

Meet Our Artistic Director
With over 30 years of experience in the vibrant world of cultural dance, our Artistic Director has dedicated her life to inspiring self-expression, building confidence, and uniting diverse communities through the power of movement. Her journey began as a young child on the stage, where a passion for dance and music ignited her lifelong commitment to the art form.
What She Brings to the Studio
• Visionary Leadership: Founder of the award-winning ESOR Dance Ensemble, with roots in Jamaica and now thriving in Orlando, Florida.
• Award-Winning Experience: Choreographer for national and international stages, including the World Dance Championships and the ICC Cricket World Cup Opening Ceremony.
• Innovative Education: A dynamic instructor who has shaped the talents of students from premier schools, earning countless accolades for excellence in dance.
